How the modules work

The shape of the programme, what each section covers, and how progress is tracked.

Updated 17 Jun 2026

The programme is built around short modules grouped into four sections, plus an optional fifth section for your company’s AI policy.

The five sections

  • Foundation - what AI is, how it works, and what it gets wrong.

  • Risk - data and privacy, shadow AI, IP, bias and legal exposure.

  • Legislation - your region’s rules (UK, EU, US, AU or CA).

  • Practice - putting safe AI habits into your everyday workflow.

  • Your AI policy - optional, switched on per workspace.

How modules track

A module counts as complete when alearner watches the full video.

You cannot move onto the next module without watching the previous one.

Scrubbing through videos is disabled - you'll see a prohibited symbol if you try to do it 😉

Module notes underneath the video stay accessible too, so learners can come back any time for a refresher.

Re-watching is encouraged - the “Rewatch” button stays available after completion.

Course notes

Notes are attached to each module - many containing links which open in new tabs.

They are there as further background reading and for interest.

The certification questions do note rely on knowledge from these links.

Rewatching is unlimited

There’s no cap on how many times a learner can re-watch any module.

The programme works best as ongoing reinforcement, not a one-shot tick-box.
