License duration
A license allows one user to access the certification and training using a unique email address.
Licences last for (a minimum of) 12-months from purchase (see below for explanation).
Safe AI Habits is NOT a subscription - it's a one off payment which does not automatically renew.
Renewing is optional.
We of course encourage you to assign all licenses to learners well within the 12 month period - before it expires.
What if I buy licenses on multiple occasions during the year?
ALL licenses in your pool will restart their 12 month period from the date of your last license purchase.
Examples:
You buy 500 licences on 10th January 2032
All 500 licenses will expire on 9th January 2033
________
You buy 500 licences on 10th January 2032 (Essentials tier)
You request 500 additional licenses on 26th June 2032 (bespoke)
All 1000 licenses will now expire on 25th June 2033
