If you've added someone by mistake, or they've left before starting training, you can remove them and return their licence to your pool.
Where to find it
Find the learner in an individual client tab.
If they haven't started training yet, you'll see a Delete button next to their row.
Why some learners won't have a Delete button
Once someone has started training - even a single module - they can no longer be deleted individually.
This protects their progress and any certificate they go on to earn.
What happens when you delete a learner
They're removed from the roster.
Their licence is returned to your pool immediately, ready to assign to someone else.
Their account and any login access is removed.
This can't be undone - you'll need to invite them again from scratch if you add them back later.
How to do it
Click Delete next to the learner's name.
Click again to confirm - the button asks you to confirm within a few seconds to avoid accidental deletes.
