Only the account owner can cancel, from Account settings. Here’s exactly what happens:
1. Nothing changes on that day
You’ve paid for the current period, so your team and clients keep full access until it ends - and you can undo the cancellation any time before that date with one click.
2. At the plan end date, the account closes
All sign-ins except the owner’s stop working, and no further charges are ever made.
Nothing is deleted - licences, progress and certificates stay exactly as they are.
3. Your 30-day window
The owner keeps sign-in for 30 more days to export learner data and the certificate register - or to reactivate: subscribing again restores the entire workspace and everyone’s access instantly.
4. After 30 days
The account is queued for deletion. If you need anything after that, contact us before it’s removed.
On a trial?
Trial accounts have a Close account option instead - closure is immediate (nothing was paid for), with the same 30-day owner window.
