License duration
A license allows one user to access the certification and training using a unique email address.
Licences last for (a minimum of) 12-months from purchase (see below for explanation).
Safe AI Habits is NOT a subscription - it's a one off payment which does not automatically renew.
Renewing is optional.
We of course encourage you to assign all licenses to learners well within the 12 month period - before it expires.
What if I buy licenses on multiple occasions during the year?
ALL licenses in your pool will restart their 12 month period from the date of your last license purchase.
Examples:
You buy 20 licences on 10th January 2032
All 20 licenses will expire on 9th January 2033
________
You buy 20 licences on 10th January 2032
You buy 30 licenses on 26th June 2032
All 50 licenses will now expire on 25th June 2033
