You can add more learner licenses any time.
New licenses run on their own 12-month cycle from the day you buy them - your existing licenses keep the anniversary they already had.
Adding new licenses
From the (Admin view) dashboard, click Buy licences .
Pick the extra quantity you are looking for.
The price will reflect any tier discount your total volume now qualifies for. The more licenses you buy over time - the more you save.
License expiry
Unallocated licenses never expire.
Once a learner accepts an invite, the license lasts for 12 months.
